Processing & Production Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

• Expedited U.S. Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days after production

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days after production (varies by destination and customs)

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type.

• Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $100.

Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
